Customer Requirement

The standard 2.1 m-high grill could not fit the customer’s kitchen. The hotel needed a two-level arrangement within its 1.9 m height limit, with separate positions for grilling and keeping cooked meat warm.

Our Solution

YANNENG supplied a flat-top, two-level grill measuring 1350 × 850 × 1900 mm. The 21 skewer positions are arranged as 10 on the lower grilling level and 11 on the upper warming level, with 90 mm spacing.

  1. 1Flat-top structure with a total height of 1.9 m
  2. 2Lower grilling level with 10 skewer positions
  3. 3Upper warming level with 11 skewer positions
  4. 490 mm skewer spacing
