Automatic Weight Grading Machine
An automatic weighing and grading system for piece-type products. Each item is weighed individually and sorted into preset weight ranges. The number of grading levels and tray configuration can be adjusted according to product size and sorting requirements.

How the Weight Grading Machine Works
Products are fed to the weighing section one by one. The system measures the weight of each item, compares the result with the preset grading ranges, and directs the item to the corresponding collection position. Grade count and grading thresholds can be configured according to the product and production requirement.
