Egg Roll Wafer Baking Machine
Bake wafer sheets for egg rolls and other confirmed wafer products with the YN-DJ series. The machine handles the sheet-baking stage; rolling or folding is a separate downstream operation.
Applications
Produce wafer sheets for subsequent egg-roll rolling or other agreed wafer-sheet applications. Finished rolled wafers shown in the application photographs illustrate downstream products, not a claim that this baking machine rolls them automatically. The listed specifications apply to the regular wafer-sheet configuration.
How It Works
- Prepare the batter and set the baking parameters.
- The machine coordinates batter depositing, mould movement, baking and plate rotation.
- Remove the baked sheet and roll it while warm using the agreed manual or separate downstream process.
- Cool and pack the formed product using the required subsequent equipment.
