Hydraulic Fruit & Vegetable Press
Separate liquid from prepared fruit, vegetables and other suitable materials using a hydraulic pressing system. The YN-YZ series offers listed basket volumes from 30 L to 500 L.
Applications
For juice pressing and dewatering of prepared fruit, vegetable pulp and suitable fibrous material. Applications can include apples, grapes, pears and ginger, subject to preparation and product trials. Hard or large pieces may need separate pre-crushing. This equipment is not offered here as a dedicated oil press.
How It Works
- Prepare the material and load it into a suitable filter bag inside the basket.
- Position the basket beneath the pressing plate.
- Apply hydraulic pressing force to separate the liquid.
- Collect the liquid and remove the pressed solids before cleaning the contact components.
