Suitable for: molded biscuits, shortbread-style cookies and other suitable low-elasticity dough recipes.

Rotary Biscuit Forming Machine

Applications

Molded biscuits and cookies

Form repeatable dough pieces before baking.

Patterned cookie shapes

Use an appropriately specified molding roller for selected designs.

Shortbread-style dough

Consider recipes with the consistency recommended for roller forming.

Specialty shapes

Shape options depend on the actual mold supplied for the order.

How the Rotary Biscuit Forming Machine Works

Prepared dough enters the hopper and passes through the feeding and patterned molding rollers. Formed pieces are released onto the conveyor and transferred to trays or a downstream oven. This machine performs forming; it does not bake the biscuits.
