Tart Shell Making Machine

Prepare tart shells with the rotary YN-TK series. PLC touch-screen control and customised mould shapes support tart-shell production requirements across six rotary configurations.

Applications

For tart-shell preparation in bakeries, dessert production and food factories. Mould shapes can include round, rectangular, square, oval, heart, shell and walnut forms, with other shapes considered to customer requirements. Final shell size and recipe should be agreed for the selected mould.

How It Works

  1. Prepare and portion the dough separately.
  2. Load the dough into the selected rotary mould arrangement.
  3. Set the heating time and rotation settings through the PLC touch screen, then form and bake the shells.
  4. Remove the shells and transfer them to subsequent filling or packaging processes as required.
